How do I track my order?
 

As soon as products are shipped, UPS tracking information will be emailed to customer.

 

 

 

When will my order be shipped?
 

Brilliance in Black’s products, in most cases, are produced when orders are placed, to limit inventory as well as to avoid waste.  We want to keep our business as sustainable as possible.

 

When you purchase any Brilliance in Black product, our partner companies produce it, and we personally package and ship it to you, worldwide through USPS.  *PRE-ORDER ITEMS REQUIRE 2-4 WEEKS (beginning at the END date of the pre-order) PRIOR TO SHIPPING.* [ITEMS MARKED AS PRE-ORDER ONLY] Some items may be shipped before the allotted time.  Those items which are in inventory will be shipped immediately after purchase.

Do you provide International delivery?

What is your return policy?
 

Brilliance in Black, LLC will exchange or refund any unworn item and items still in resellable condition.  The approval of refunds and exchanges is completely to Brilliance in Black’s discretion.  Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon return of the original item purchased.  Please allow 3-5 business days from the time we receive your return for credit card refunds.

How do I return an item?
 

Customer must notify Brilliance in Black, LLC, by email, indicating the reason within 3 days of receipt of the item.  All returns must be accompanied with a note stating the approved reason for return.  Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise arranged with Brilliance in Black.
